had to share this one. today in Phillipi industrial area. there were more on the main road that looked even worse.

and people wonder why many of the old tariffs has been scrapped and the new tariffs structures are being rolled out... someone has to pick up the tab... it certainly wont be the people who tapping into that mini sub
