Renewal of Electrical Contractor License Please help!!

Hi Everyone

I have been trying to get hold of the Department of Labour in Cape Town for the passed two weeks with no luck. My license expires on Sunday and need information on who I could speak to or how I can go about getting it renewed. Registered in Cape town but now live in Riversdale Western Cape.
If anyone knows or can point me in the right direction that would be great.
