    Service sheets

One of the biggest losses in my business is time sheets.

I need to figure out a way to keep records of my time spent on site.

At the moment I use a diary ...I get busy then forget to fill in the times and what we do on site ... come end of the month ... like now and I only have 40 hours to book for the month ... yet I have worked nonstop (including weekends) and can’t remember what I did on which days.

My assistant normally fills out the time sheet ... but he hasn’t been working with me

Any suggestions on keep ing track of your time?

I did look into an online system ... its is way out of my budget.

I did a quick google search and found this
    Mobile time tracking

Do a google search for time tracking with GPS, there are lots of apps.

This is going to become and important feature in the new venture going forward ... a simple means to track staff ... make sure service sheets are opened as they enter the customers premises ... then signed and invoiced prior to leaving the premises.
