    Christmas came early

    Hi All

Only the second time that I can remember this ever happening to me.

Did a coc inspection and testing on a small house yesterday. Number of faults found.
Submitted quote for 12 grand. Client asked when could I start with the repairs. Immediately was my reply.

He took out his phone, said lets round it off to 15 grand and 30 seconds later the money was in my account.

    I am a happy chappy.

Maybe this is a sign of more good things to come.

    Peace out .. Derek

It is a sign of better times ... I have been fortunate ... I have had 3 years of dealing with those kind of customers ... once people know they can trust you will do the job right ... on time and at a reasonable price ... you will notice how quickly word spreads.

I am happy for you ... I hope 2022 brings you lots of work and a ton on new good customers.

      @ Ians

Can things get any better !

Got a call from ARB about 15 minutes ago. I am now the proud owner of a new venter trailer. Put 1 slip in the box, yes only 1 slip and I won it.
How's that for a bit of luck !

They just waiting for some goodies from Durbs to put inside the trailer and then the handing over will happen.

I'll keep you posted if anything else out of the ordinary happens to me today.

      Just had to share.

      Peace out .. Derek

Good for you ... good things happen to good people

Passing forward ... sharing the little you have without expecting anything in return ... and little pray goes a long way

Maybe customers are finally waking up to the fact that the bakkie brigade with a painted sign on the side does not mean that the operator is qualified and providing a decent service.

              Well done! Happy for you.

If the purpose of a business is creating a customer (he who pays you) then nothing should hold you back from going all out to impress and satisfy the customer with awesome service. Good luck for 2022!

                Hi Guys

Today I collected my trailer from ARB.
To my surprise it was not an empty trailer, but one packed full of goodies.

I have made an inventory and the contents of the trailer is probably worth about R15500.
Most of the contents I can and will probably use, however there is an item that I do not need.
A hydraulic crimper from Stone Stamcor. I have attached a photo.

If anyone needs it, it's yours. Just pay the courier costs and I will send it to you.
Contact me on 082 557 4099 to make arrangements.

That is very awesome ! Congrats man!
Looks like some real great goodies too!

Would love the crimper but I don't work with such large cables so often. so rather someone who can actually use it have a chance.

But if it does not go please let me know and will do what is needed for it.

Well that didn't take too long. The crimper has found a new home where its gonna be used and not just be an ornament.

                      Peace out .. Derek.
