DOL registration and massive delays

Good day guys, so I recently submitted my annexure 3 to DOL and was told it’s not going to take a week anymore to get the registration. I cant purchase any more COC’s currently until the registration is done. The ECA told me I could be waiting up to 6 weeks for the registration. I’ve heard by the ECB that they have electricians who’s waited up to 3 months for their registration paper. Any advice on how to handle this matter please? I am screwed if I can’t buy some COC books urgently

Move to the Eastern Cape for a week, preferably East London. Here it takes 30 minutes. Then move back to wherever you presently reside.

Repeat the above process once every 3 years.
