I tried to get a worker registered with workmans compensation, the contract I was working on required a long list. I ended up just used the word "pending" I even got my accountant to try, still no luck.

Exactly my point we have all these laws in theory until you spend hours trying to sort out any issue with a government department who are so incompetent they would be more helpful if they weren't there. Again everything points to no skills transfer and no incentive to employing people.
