Good day, can someone please refer me to the regulations stating a single phase electrician cannot sign off on a solar installation but only an IE and MIE can sign off on it please.

It says a single phase tester may install a dc system under the direct supervision of either an IE or MIE, but may not sign off the COC.
Only an IE or MIE may sign it off.
A single phase tester may only sign off a single phase installation. No DC or 3 phase installation.Comment
