He has taught me a lot over the past 30 years and always been there to help steer me in the right direction.

I believe this is something that is lacking in this industry, people willing to share their knowledge to help grow the industry.

I see it all the time, people who want to do better but actually just dont know any better. It is almost like people are scared to share knowledge worried that someone will take their job.

The industry is full of very competent and experienced people, cut the bullshyte, utilise the technology available and get everyone involved. Trying to separate and form little groups doesnt help the industry as a whole.

We also understand that there are the free loaders, the ones who take and never give back, or always take the short cut. You figure out who they are pretty quickly,.

100% agree ! I feel like everyone is keeping a secret and then if they know something you don't they feel they better than you.
