[Question] Pre paid CIU-PH04 PLC codes.

Hi guys. I have a client who left his property for quite a few months. They couldn't top up so we to municipality to see why.
Turns out they are tarrif b and because they hadn't been topping up every month the service fee mounted up. So they paid that and were able to get a top up token. They called me and it looks like the key pad and the meter are not paired - power to meter looks as it should - shows closed switch as it should be, but no power out.
Key pad doesn't look like it can connect. No lights on key pad but display is on.
Any idea where i can get the codes for this, or does anyone have.

It just says connect, then failed.

Remote keypad batteries on the way out.

Plug the keypad in at the neighbour if they on the same phase and try again.

If neighbour on a different phase, find the closest one on the same phase, plug it in and try again. Sometimes the keypads only work when plugged in on the live phase.

Fresh batteries are in there.

Waiting for neighbours to come home - think they are 3 phase so one has to be a winner.

Does anyone know how I can turn ON the low credit alarm on my ciu-ph04 prepaid electricity meter?
