    32V AC N - E. Any suggestions?

Big house in Hurlingham, modern electrics. House has a PV, inverter and battery backup installation.

While stripping out old 12v transformer down lighters and replacing with LED I noticed a 32V AC reading between Neutral and Earth even after replacing all lights on a switched circuit.

Any suggestions where this is coming from? Where should one start looking?

I didn't have time to check if there is an elevated Neutral at point of control but will check next week. Will also conduct a Neutral Loop Impedance test.

Could be what Ghost voltage. Basically as far as I know voltage caused by coupling or what ever. Basically voltage induced from another live cable that is drawing current.

    Someone smarter may know.
I have measured voltage as well at lights when off but the voltage is there but no current.
