Defy Hybrid fridge and freezer

Good day friends
Just when you think you had seen it all a client surprises you.
A client want me to connect her hybrid fridge and freezer for her.
It comes standard with panels, a ac/dc panel at the back of the fridge and a 4 pole ac/dc breaker with a holder for wall mounting.

I don't see a link to attach an image of the breaker, battling with connection at the moment.

No cabling included but there is three solar panels, the breaker and holder and a manual included with the fridge and freezer.

The breaker work as an isolator in an emergency, so I guess it must be within arm's reach of the fridge.
My question is: Can I use cabtyre feed from the plug to the breaker or do I have to bring a wire in from the db, under earth leakage, to the breaker?
From the breaker holder can the cabling be open or is neater and safer to run it in two pvc tubes?
HAs anybody out there done and installation before?

Interesting concept and could create it's own set of problems with regards regulations

Looking at Defy site the fridge is 12v or 24v DC supply and I would then assume that there is some sort of charge controller or inverter either built in or separate
I would assume that the Breaker you mention is for the PV panel supply to be able to isolate from the fridge or controller

Based on some research it looks like the 4 pole is a dc breaker, for panels and battery. The fridge got a built in pwm regulator or something similar. The motor is 12vdc inverter motor and can save you up to 44% in electricity, they claim.


Will borrow the manual on Monday to make sure what I need in terms of hardware and how to install it. Hopefully next time it would be easier
