Oven and lights not on earth leakage

Hi, last week I tested my earth leakage and everything went off apart from my oven and lights. I have contacted my electrician and he told me that a oven and lights does not need to be on a earth leakage. Any advice please?

Oven and lights do not need to be on Earth Leakage - If they are they often cause intermittent tripping

Provided you dont have an old isolator with a single socket outlet next to isolator in the same housing.
