    Sunsynk VS Hubble batteries

Let me start by saying, I wouldnt support Hubble batteires even if they were given to me. If the support is anything like trying to become a supplier, I am still waing for a reply. I think I will stick with Sunsynk for now it has taken a while but I have figured out how to get around the technical support and who to speak to when I need assistance. But in most cases it seems if you are not sure, just request a firmware update There is even a whatsapp group specifically for firmware upgrades.

I have installed a number of both IP 65 5.1 and standard 5.3 kwh Sunsynk batteires and only experienced 2 issues.

One was when I changed the frequency from 60 to 50 hz and the inverter linits didin't automatically update, you have to change the limits, so the battery wouldnt charge (not even battery related) hopefully the new inverter firmware updates will resolve the issue.

The second issue is the battery not maintaning the 100 % charge rate, which might also be a setting issue, I have been told by Sunsynk support that it shouldnt be a concern.

What I would like to hear is your experience with the 2 brands.

    How they perfrom under load.

    Technical support.

The C rating of the battery.

Would you buy pay R5000 more for a C 0.5 rated Sunsynk battery or

Rather save and get a C 1 rated Hubble battery.

Check with your supplier they normally have technical groups and the means to add you to groups.
