Prepaid meter broken connection

Hi my prepaid metre is showing a smiley face but also a broken connection symbol what can I do as I have no power and a 6 month old baby that needs bottles.

Try the following.

Punch in this coupon 0000 0000 0001 5099 7584

This will trip and reset the meter.
95% of the time this works.

If the problem persists then it's the contactor coil in the meter that's faulty, in which case the meter will have to be replaced.
