3 phase 12 kw sunsynk inverter

Yip we at it again, I know I said I was going to take a break, but if the customer wants the customer gets.

So we are busy with a 8 kw single phase with a bunch of panels and a 12 kw with even more panels.

8 kw, easy peezey, I can do them with hangover in the morning and be done by lunch time.

However the 12 kw is rather interesting:

Max DC input power = 15600W

    PV input voltage 550VDC (160 VDC - 800 VDC)

    MPPT range = 200 Vdc -650 Vdc

    PV input current = 26 Adc + 13 Adc

    No of mppt trackers 2

    Number of strings 2+1

The Dc is not the same as the single phase units.

Dont be fooled by the 12 KW, its actually only a 4kw x 3 (18 amps, which isnt much). I almost got caught with this, lucky I downloaded the manual and read it.

18 amps per phase is not much, considering it will be connected to single equipment, there is not much you can load onto it, just the same stuff.

I could put 2 of them in parallel if 4 kw is not enough, I also have a big roof (east and west facing, so early morning and late afternoon production) , so we could fit 48 x 550 watt panels on the roof.

Now to start doing all the calculation, to compare the cost to supply and install to, compared to the council registration fee, meter upgrade etc, cost per month and any any other costs.
