Affordable simple smart metering

I have been looking for a simple plug and play smart power meter, that links to an app, easier to setup and view, with no additional monthly chargers (I dont do debit orders or contracts). Unfortunately 3 rd party cloud based systems are all you going to get for now.

A simple easy to setup unit, no monthly fees, no modifications to the existing wiring, just clamp on the CT, good reviews. I tried to buy one of these units a while back, but there was no stock.
