    Lithium battery in the toilet

And you thought lithium battery cant be installed in the house, well what about the toilet inside the house are installers in SA pulling the piss out of customers, creating confusion so that they can rip a bigger hole in their pocket.

You have to ask yourself has the public been 4 knuckle, reamed without KY, right from the supplier all the way to the installer. An installation that should cost around R60k costs over R100k, could it be because there is nobody skilled enough to regulate the industry?

Look prices have dropped as the demand has dropped, the exchange rate is certainly not controlling the prices.

The confusion in the industry, who can and cant do the job.

The additional cost for extra cabling, with volt drops and high temperature factors, home made DC combiner boxes which create a dangerous environment.

Batteries being installed in garage just high enough to be hit by a vehicle, creating more risk of fire than if it was in your kitchen.

So lets ask the question again.... CAN YOU INSTALL A LITHIUM BATTERY IN A TOILET INSIDE YOUR HOUSE?

Do you think these so called experts at efixx know what they are doing or do you think the so called experts in SA know what they are doing, considering nobody can provide a basic lithium battery guidelines.

When is someone going to to step up and grab the bull by the horns and set the record straight, do we just keep following old outdated rules, or should a task team be setup to settle this dispute once and for all, so that the public can save tens of thousands of rands being wasted on installation which could be potentially more dangerous in the garage with the added risk of fire due to long cable runs, volt drop and heat generated in roof spaces.

Which reminds me, thanks to the new load shedding schedule, it time to go install another inverters today

Thanks goodness the SA public have tons of cash to waste, and nobody to protect them, in an industry creating millionaires faster than the insurance industry, maybe we can also start millionaire clubs
