Invoice a supplier

Hello

Can we invoice a supplier for an item that is under warranty and being repaired but for my time for sorting it due to a faulty product ?

The amount of times I have had to go to site to sort something or send back etc for faulty equipment on the supplier side ?

Just so so frustrating wasting my time for a product installed that fails.

This is a huge problem in SA.

The crap being dumped in SA has become a even bigger problem.

Look at PVC products, you try bend a pipe and it shatters into pieces or just kinks because of the crap quality control and even a so called SABS certification. If you have used male pvc adaptors , they should be dumped as rejects, instead they are dumped in the SA market, why because as we all know the elctrical industry is the joke. The lowest paid fools in the trade industry

Lets not even go into LED light fittings, another joke a minute with their 50 000 hr run time promises. A laugh a minute. The joke is I purchased the cheapest crap I could find on my own house and they have out lived all the so called branded lights.
