[Question] How to register an appy in P.E.

I have tried to get a new guy registered via the Energy Sieta as previuosly done but was told to wait till 01 May 2011, this date has come and gone and the new place? "Constriction Sieta" also has issues, can anyone please give me some tips.

The EC plumbing SETA has been in 'administration' for the last month or two so the Electrical SETA is probably the same.
