I have had a request for a three phase plug in a filter room but to be used outside for pumping water out of a pool.
I want to install the plug in the filter room. And run a trailing cable lead system.
Can i Install a 30 amp breaker supplied via a 3 phase earth leakage.
What would be the safest and most legal thing to do.

You'll need to figure out the zones. 10142-1 Figure 7.2.1, Figure 7.2.2 and Figure 7.2.3 are relavent. Section 7.2 gives info about earthing arrangements, protective devices, required IP reating of equipment etc.

This is a very common practise at pools, but most pools I have worked at use single phase pumps.
