    Inverter Islanding?

I have a Luxpower 5 kVa inverter connected with a battery and solar panels.
My question is when there is loadshedding the inverter works fine and shows no errors , but on some LED lights that is unswitched shows a glow? after testing live to earth (on inverter output) i get 44 volt, and neutral to earth 37 volt, L to N 230 Volt, now all earth wiring is connected throughout the system to main DB, i also asked the agents on a relay switch for earth neutral connection but they insist it is not necessary and only to earth the system?
Anyone in the know to fix this?

I would start by doing a wore bridge of the inverter output neutral to earth and test again. If it is then 0V between N and E then I would add a relay to bond it only in grid failure. Much like the Sunsynk.

Thanks, yes it does work and is now connected via a contactor, but the agents insisted that the inverter does have a automatic neutral -earth bridge, this in not what i got, but anyway , im happy as it is legal now.
