Does it have a screen where you can input all the parameters? If so you can try make charging amps set to 0A or they may be a diabale function.
If not then you could perhaps unplug the AC input cable there by only using the PV panels to charge and run the system, then it can be plugged in if needed on cloudy days etc
I was looking at the manual and looks like you will have to open up the inverter box to disconnect the AC supply battery charger from the AC bypass circuit.
Gonna play some games and do just that. Install a charger on/off switch somewhere to turn it on if required.
Even although I'm only using the inverter for backup during loadshedding, why use munic power to charge the batteries when there are panels on the roof ? That's my thinking.
