Dust Mites

have had 4 2010 visitors who in the morning came to breakfast with stuffy runny noses. they were fine once out for the day& they all concluded that it started once they were in the house.
My ENT says i have allergic rhinitis,possibly from the the same mites.
any firms out there that get rid of the problem.i believe that they difficult to rid off as they burrow deep in mattresses & carpets. & of course there is the durban humidity.

Try a really good vacuum cleaner...

Also change the filters on the air conditioning units (if applicable).
