Consumer Tribunal has told all 4 cell phone operators to amend contracts.

Important, particulalry in terms of NEOTEL, is that the consumer is entitled to quality of service at all times. That surely includes a proper signal and not telling the consumer tehy need to buy a R2000 antenna in order to receive signal!
