IT 3 for a company without PAYE number

Hi.

I need some help. How do I issue a IT 3 sertificate for directors remuneration if the company was not registered for PAYE? Some-one mentioned in the passing that you issue the sertificate using the Income Tax Number of the company.

Is this created in E@syfile?

I have tried to create, but as the E@syfile cant syncronise with E-filing I can not generate the IRP5.
