Hi, anyone here who can help? I gave a guy a deposit to keep a car for me, he gave me a name and I dont really know if it is his name. on my way to pick up the car his phone was off. I just want to get his full name and details to open a case. but I want to know if the ID number match with the name he gave me. I do have his number as well. any help would be much appreciated.
