    Looking for a nominee

    Hello guys,
    I want to open web hosting company in SA, but as I am not South Africa citizen, I am looking for a nominee director, who can just need to be specified in the documents with 1% of shares. I am ready to pay 300 USD per year.

              Why do you need to set up a hosting company in South Africa? Web hosting can be done done from anywhere.
