I get this question a lot !!
People sometimes gets confused what is a fibre networks (Vumatel,OpenServe) and what is fibre isp(WebAfrica,Axxess,Vox,Telkom).
In short with ADSL you had two bills and 1 choice
You HAD to pay Telkom for your line AND your ISP for internet
With Fibre Internet you have ONE BILL which goes to your Fibre ISPs (they pay the line rental to the fibre companies).
Usually there is only one "fibre network" in and around your house.
