No pmbguy it is not like an interview at all. All it is, is asking a person that is looking for a job for them to fill in some fields like telephone number, what sort of job they are looking for, date of birth, gender, e mail address.
Without these important details nothing is going to happen. And if people don't want to do this then they do not have to, but then they are wasting their time, because we have a very big data base with candidates adding their cv's on a daily basis, therefore it is obvious that the more details you do fill in the quicker we will be able to help you.Comment

Ok, so you a little uptight this morning, I get it. I guess my intention with my post is to make people who respond to this thread aware that prospective employers may be on the same forum, so they should be sharp. It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change. – Charles DarwinComment

And if only people (unemployed) could start to understand that there are a lot of people in this country looking for a job - it is their job to improve themselves etc etc and to do whatever to help us to help them. We had this discussion on another thread and I think you agreed with me on that one when things got a bit heated by some that felt that the employee was so down trodden and the world owed them.Comment

No stress old chap, no flak from pmbguy
You are in a somewhat unique position business wise, where sometimes job anger gets displaced onto your industry and you. It can't be easy, but hell its what you do, just a shitish aspect I guess. You must just grow a thick but good skin.
You should try the hospitality industry, those buggers have it bad.It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change. – Charles DarwinComment
