We are seeking to employ a dynamic energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our team due to expansion in Cape Town.
Duties would Include:
* New Business Development:
* Research market to identify potential business opportunities
* Telephone sales to establish contact with prospective client (cold calling)
* Maintain regular contact with prospective clients, visits, calls and marketing
* Market core applicants to both potential and existing clients
* Use persuasive ability to market the job to the applicant as well as the applicant to the client
* Ensure targets and budgets are achieved
* Ensuring that all targets and KPI’s are met
