A well established Construction Company in Sandton is looking for an Assistant Group Transformation Manager
BCom Degree or relevant
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
Must have excellent knowledge of:
· Act 53 (BBBEE Act) ;
· Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act ;
· Employment Equity Act ;
· All Sector Specific Codes – in particular the Construction Sector Code.
Ability to work under pressure and execute functions simultaneously, including changes to deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent general computer skills including spread sheets, report writing, slide presentations etc.
Must have a positive, confident and dynamic attitude
