                    My personal opinion is that because #1Tsotsie was one of the counter intelligence guys at Quatro and he kept his hand in with the secret service after 'Democrazy' (pals with Mo Shaik etc) he has dirt on everybody in the NEC and beyond with very few exceptions, so like the proverbial schoolyard bully he threatens them with exposure or worse if it looks like they are going to step out of line.
