Many people are aware of Agenda 21, a UN document signed by most nations. SA was under the Apartment Regime and which banned from participating, but the ANC and the PAC each had one observer present. Under the guise of sustainable development, people need to be herded into small apartments in the cities, food and water supplies need to be under the Elite’s control.
